Plastics and Concepts of Connecticut, Inc. of Glastonbury, CT and Gwinnett Plastics, Inc. of Munie Indiana have entered an alliance to pool their injection molding and plastic fabrication businesses.

The combination of our plastic product manufacturing business will allow us to provide our customers an expanded range of molding and fabrication options.  Our injection molding equipment now covers the range from 5 ton to 165 ton with shot sizes from 0.5 ounces to 8 ounces.  Our fabrication unit uses SLA, plastic casting, die cutting and sheet forming process to provide prototype, semi-production and production plastic products.

Our experience with a wide range of engineered plastics will help us meet your every need.  The materials used in our current products are Acetals, Acrylics, Nylon, Polycarbonates, Polyethylene, Polystyrene, and Thermoplastic Elastomers.  These engineered thermal plastics can meet a wide range of structural, environmental, and aesthetic requirements.

Our Registered Professional Engineering staff will provide you with the support you need to bring your ideas to reality.  Our engineers guide you in the selection of the thermoplastics that exceed your product's requirements at the lowest possible cost.  We utilize the latest Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM) friendly Computer Aided Design (CAD) systems for product and tool design.  The use of these systems improves accuracy and shortens the time from ideas to production products.
